Shipping Details

Our "Free Shipping" offer is only valid for full-price orders shipped within the continental United States. 

All orders placed before 1pm PST will be shipped the same day, except for the following circumstances...

• International orders: Please allow 1-2 days for us to gain approval from your credit card bank.
• Non-matching credit card orders: We only ship orders where the provided billing address and card security code match the records of your credit card company. When the information does not match, shipping will be delayed until we obtain either the correct information from the customer or approval from the bank.
• Out of stock items: If an item is noted as out of stock, we can't ship it until we have it! When items are out of stock, clear notice will be posted.
• Shipping Methods: Please consider the following when selecting your shipping method.
  
  First Class Mail Usually arrives within 1-2 weeks, but no delivery date is guaranteed. Tracking is not provided, but each package comes with delivery confirmation ID to prove delivery has occurred. If an item does not arrive within 31 calendr days we will re-ship.
  
  UPS Groundarrives in 1-6 business days, depending on where you live. The closer you live to the point of origin (Corvallis, OR), the quicker it will arrive.
  
  UPS 2 Day arrives the 2nd business day after shipping.
  
  UPS Next Day arrives the following business day.
